Bonnington (steamer)
The large steel stern-wheel steamer Bonnington, 1,700 tons, 203 feet in length, was assembled at Nakusp, B. C. for C. P. R. service on the Arrow Lakes of the upper Columbia, while still further toward the headwaters, at Golden, George Rury built the 113-ton Nowitka for the Columbia River Lumber Co., the steamer having dimensions of 80.5 x 19 x 3.5.
