M. L. Washburn (steamer)
The large stern-wheeler, the M. L. Washburn 284 tons, 120 feet in length, was built at St. Michael for Northern Navigation Co. service, while a small steamer, the Idler, 98 tons, 64 feet long, with 50 -horsepower engines, was built at Fairbanks, being operated in local river service for a number of years by Fred G.
