May Belle (schooner)
May Belle was a Canadian sealing schooner, 58 tons, built at Victoria, B. C. in 1891, sailed out of Sooke, B. C., for the Pacific sealing grounds in 1896 and went missing with all hands somewhere off Cape Flattery. Jim Gibbs, Shipwrecks off Juan de Fuca, Portland: Binfords and Mort, 1968.
