Naramata (tug)
However, another colorful British Columbia steam tug, Canadian Pacific's Naramata, was renovated for continued car barge service between Okanagan Landing and Penticton on Okanagan Lake. The 90-foot, 150-gross ton steamer was built at Port Arthur in 1913 and reassembled on the lake. Her steam whistle was originally used on the stern-wheel steamer Aberdeen of 1893, the first Canadian Pacific vessel built for the company's feeder service on the lake.
