The 271-ton wooden motor ferry North Vancouver Ferry No. 4, with six - cylinder, 250 - horsepower Union diesel engine and dimensions of 130 x 42. 1 x 10. 6, was built by Boeing Aircraft of Canada Ltd. at Vancouver for the municipality of North Vancouver in 1931..
