Grandma Zappulla's Minute Steak


INGREDIENTS:


DIRECTIONS:
In a preheated skillet lightly coat the bottom with a 
teaspoonful of olive oil.  Fry the thin steaks for just 
enough time to sear the outside but leave the inside 
pink (perhaps a minute on each side depending on 
the thinness of the cut.
Dip the fried steak in the olive oil.  
Put it on a plate; sprinkle on some of the diced 
garlic and basil. Squeeze some lemon juice on top 
(to taste). Salt and pepper to taste. Now tell the 
person you made the steak for that you LOVE them and 
"mange"!  Even if you didn't make it perfectly, the 
person eating it will love you back and ask for more!


COMMENTS: 
Grandma never measured! So I offer this tidbit in 
memory of the incredible taste.
