DIRECTIONS: After chopping tomatoes, garlic, basil and olives, place in a bowl and blend in the olive oil. Allow to marinate 10 or 15 minutes. Next, slice and toast the bread. (I make big, BIG batches and keep in the fridge for snacks or unexpected guests) When toast is done, spoon on ingredients, and salt and pepper to taste. Its as simple as it is tasty.
