DIRECTIONS:
Brown the garlic in a small frying pan with half
the oil. Add the tomatoes, salt , and pepper and
continue cooking for about 20 minutes.
Heat the remaining oil in a small sauce pan, and
add the octopus.
Cook for 3 minutes, then add the chopped shrimp and
clams, stir and cook for 2 minutes. Taste for salt
and pepper, mix the two sauces together, then remove
from the flame.
Cook the spaghetti al dente in abundant salted water,
drain the add the sauce, sprinkle with the parsley,
and serve.
