DIRECTIONS: For the sauce, saute in oil sliced onions and add Tomatoes (diced or use crushed tomatoes). Let cook until tomatoes are somewhat thickened. In another frying pan, fry the Tuna or Swordfish steaks that have been dusted with flour, salt and pepper. Cook until done. Drain steaks on paper towels. Place the steak on a plate and spoon on top the sauce and onion mixture. Buon Appetito!
