Crabs With Tomato Sauce and Spaghetti
INGREDIENTS:

- 1 Dozen Fresh Blue Crabs
- Your favorite Sauce
- Tomato Paste
DIRECTIONS:
Place the live crabs in the sink and pour hot water over them.
When they become still, remove the back shell and clean out
the inside waste. Scrub the crabs clean and place them in a
colander. Drain and set aside.
Prepare a basic tomato sauce. Place the crabs in the tomato
sauce and then add some tomato paste.
Cook spaghetti as described on the package. Place the spaghetti
in a large serving bowl and pour some of the tomato sauce over the
spaghetti. Place the crabs in a separate serving bowl when the
tomato sauce is cooked.
Eat and enjoy!
Comments:
For this recipe, always use live crabs. They must be fresh. Extra tomato
sauce can be frozen and used at a later time. Additional crabs can be
used if desired. The real treat to this recipe is the wonderful crab taste
that the tomato sauce acquires. No one knows where the recipe came
from. It just was!
