MANGIA
Pasta E Ricotta
INGREDIENTS: -
- Pasta
- 350 grams Ricotta Cheese
- 2 Tbs Sugar
DIRECTIONS:
Cook the pasta (any kind you like) in a pot of lightly salted
water til the pasta is "al dente". Place the ricotta into a bowl
and stir the sugar into it. Strain the pasta when cooked, and
mix in the Ricotta, stir well and serve.
Comments:
This was my Papa's favorite! This dish is more widely known
in the Province of Bari and Foggia. It is more of a sweet than
savory dish and very filling. You can alter the amount of sugar
to your taste.
