MANGIA

Spaghetti Sauce


Ingredients:  

1 lb 12 oz can of Tomato Puree (or diced tomatoes)
1 small can Tomato Paste (we like Contadina)
Salt
Black Pepper
1 - 1 1/2 Tblsp Parsley
2-3 crushed Garlic Cloves
1 Tsp Basil Leaves
1 Tblsp Oil  (anything but 30w (grin))

DIRECTIONS:

Bring Puree, Pepper, Salt, Parsley, Garlic, Basil, and Oil to a boil.  Simmer at low heat with lid on for about 1 1/2 hours.  Add paste and simmer another 1/2 hour.
