Simple Spaghetti


DIRECTIONS:

Sauce:

Strain 1 large can tomatoes and place in pan over low heat. Add cut up parsley and about 1 tsp. sweet basil, 3 to 5 small Red Peppers (crushed with fingers) and two cans tomato paste. Salt and pepper to taste.

Cook about 3 hours.

Meatballs

Cracker crumbs, and a small amount of water. To this, add onion and 2 eggs. Add hamburger. Roll into meatballs and fry until brown. Add to the sauce. Add a small amount of grease (from frying) with water to the sauce. Optional: you may add cut up pork chops for flavor also.

Cook pasta until noodles are tender. Serve with sauce.
