DIRECTIONS: Fry up the sausage (smashing it with a fork), together with the green pepper, onion, garlic, oregano and zucchini until done. Stir to separate meat. Next, add the remaining ingredients and bring to a boil. Simmer until done, approximately 20 minutes. Stirring occasionally. Salt and pepper to taste.
COMMENTS: This delicious soup recipe came from Jeannette's Grandma, Florence Aiello from Scranton, PA. According to Jeannette, she usually served it with pizza or garlic bread. Delicious!!!
